Hosting and technical providers

• Vercel (vercel.com): application hosting.
• Supabase (supabase.com): database and authentication, data hosted in the European Union (Paris region); we use Supabase's free plan, and we do not guarantee that backups exist or how long they are kept.
• Resend (resend.com): sending of e-mails.
• Cloudflare (cloudflare.com), Turnstile service: anti-bot check on the sign-in, booking and waitlist forms, loaded only on first interaction with the form.

Data controller and personal data

RAPAILLE CONSULTING SRL, at the address above, is the controller of your personal data. The data we process, how long we keep it and your rights are described in the privacy policy.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our processors are US providers (Vercel, Resend, Cloudflare, Supabase) covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, as provided for in their DPAs.

Intellectual property

The Wishivo name, logo, texts and design belong to RAPAILLE CONSULTING SRL. The content you publish (lists, items, photos, messages) remains yours; you authorize us to host, process and display it as far as necessary for the service to work: sharing your list, group events, e-mails related to your list and links to merchants' websites.

Links to other sites

List items may link to merchants' websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

Belgian law applies, without prejudice to the rights that the law grants consumers in their country of residence.
